For items returned with or without a receipt within 30 days after your order has been delivered, the refund will be at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  2. Print out the return label and attach it to the outside of the box, also write the authorization #
    for your return, this will be provided to you when you contact Customer Service.
  3. Include a copy of the packing slip along with your product.

    Once we receive your return and inspect it, you will be refunded the price of the item(s) returned as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that in order to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the item, you must contact our Customer Service Team before returning the item to us.

  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of pick up.

  • Online purchases shall not be returned in store, unless agreed to by Customer Service and the Co-op.

  • All returns must first be approved by Customer Service. Once approved, you will receive a Return Form and authorization number.  You must accurately complete the Return Form.  If not correctly completed, there may be delays in processing your return.

  • Shipping fees are non refundable.
